I married an Italian chef at a young age, always dreaming of owning a small restaurant. Twenty years later, here I am—not with the chef, but with the restaurant I always envisioned. It’s in a whole new state, but it feels like the perfect place to make my dream a reality.

Though I’m not Italian by birth, my love for Italian food runs deep, from countless trips to Italy to immersing myself in the culture. While I may not be a trained chef, my passion and knowledge have shaped this restaurant into something truly special, and I’m confident this is the right path to take.
